Our story

A bowl of ramen, done properly.

Ramen Bambu opened in 2021 on the Oudburg, between the Patershol and the Vrijdagmarkt. The idea is simple: honest Japanese comfort food, with noodles we make ourselves, free of preservatives.

Pick your base — beef, pork, tofu or fully plant-based — and we build the bowl with half an egg, bean sprouts, fresh coriander and nori. Start with crispy gyoza and your evening is sorted.
